We have a very experienced team who are able to get to grips with often complex and technical detail involved in a particular client’s process or product which has led to a claim.

Our strength and depth means that we can provide a team of appropriate level fee earners to effectively manage and run the case through to trial or settlement, working in tandem with a range of experts, leading and junior counsel and of course the insurance clients (usually several tiers) and the policyholder.

Our approach to dealing with these claims led to the successful discontinuance of a £100 million+ fire claim, at the time the largest case of its type to be heard outside London.

Our commitment and enthusiasm for the work means that we devote the same attention to detail to a case worth £5,000 as to a case worth £5 million.
