Our fully trained fee earners offer a wide variety of specialisation, notably industrial disease, complex product liability claims, construction litigation, local authority liabilities and the full range of employer’s liability advice. We are experienced in dealing with the most serious prosecutions by the Health and Safety Executive, media sensitive inquests and other novel and complex claims. Many insurers entrust us to act on their behalf where they themselves are names as defendants.

We have extensive experience of mediation and other forms of ADR. Although used mainly in multi-party actions, we have used mediation in two party cases. Our experience of mediation has been favourable, with settlement either being achieved at the meeting, or progress made at the mediation leading to subsequent settlement.
