Over the years, Richard has handled a very wide range of claims on behalf of insurance companies, with particular emphasis on public liability and employer’s liability claims. Disease work forms an important part of his case load. Richard has had extensive experience in acting for police authorities.

Having completed articles with Eversheds, Richard qualified as a solicitor in 1992 and joined Buller Jeffries as an assistant. He became an associate in 1997 and has been a partner since 2001.
interests outside work
Richard enjoys spectator sports (principally cricket), foreign travel and literature.
