Rob has amassed over 15 years experience in all areas of employer’s liability work, both criminal and civil, with a particular emphasis on industrial disease litigation and Health and Safety law, acting predominantly for Defendants.

career history/ route to Buller Jeffries
Rob was articled with Blakemores, specialising in claimant personal injury work, and qualifying in 1987. Poacher turned gamekeeper in 1989 when he joined Buller Jeffries, becoming a partner in 1997.

publications/ professional memberships
Rob is a member of FOIL. He provides talks to insurance and company clients on topics such as industrial deafness, manual handling and Health and Safety prosecutions.

interests outside work
Rob enjoys sports, both playing and watching, and cricket and football in particular. He is a trustee of a recreation centre providing sporting and leisure facilities for the local community.
