Richard deals with personal injury claims for both Claimants and Defendants, from modest to major. He advises on contractual disputes, product liability and recovery of outlay.  He has a particular interest in landlord and tenant work involving residential property.

career history/ route to Buller Jeffries
Richard moved to Buller Jeffries in 1989 and became a partner in 1997.

interests outside work
Richard enjoys cycling and walking although he has trouble persuading his children to join him, which he finds puzzling. He claims to enjoy good food and wine but it is not clear whether this is a reference to any food which he has not cooked personally. He is still aspiring to buying a sailing dinghy.
