Lindsey has a range of expertise in employer’s and public liability matters in relation to public authorities and has a specific interest in sporting claims and adventure activities. Lindsey is developing her experience of product liability claims and insurance issues by assisting Roger Coates with his technical and catastrophic cases. Lindsey is a member of the team of dedicated lawyers, led by Derek Adamson, representing Zurich in the EL Policy Trigger Litigation in the Supreme Court in December 2011. Lindsey serves the needs of the firm's clients by sharing her time between the Birmingham and Coventry offices.
Lindsey is a Council Member of the Coventry Insurance Institute as well as a member of Coventry and Warwickshire First and a member of Birmingham Future.
career history/ route to Buller Jeffries
Lindsey joined Buller Jeffries in January 2008 as an assistant solicitor and was appointed as an associate in April 2009.
interests and hobbies
Lindsey has trekked through the Amazon rainforest, the South American Andes and explored Machu Picchu. Lindsey also enjoys less strenuous holidaying in Europe, America, the Caribbean and Indonesia with Singapore being Lindsey’s current favourite destination. Lindsey enjoys road running and has completed two half marathons but hasn’t found the energy to run a whole marathon yet. When Lindsey is feeling idle she is an avid reader, theatre goer, wine drinker and occasional pool hustler.
