Denise deals with cases across a broad spectrum, from slips, trips to stress, bullying, harassment and more recently defamation claims. Denise has successfully handled a group litigation claim involving respiratory disease achieving a 60% contribution to the overall settlement from a third party. Denise’s areas of expertise do not stop there as she has a vast knowledge of industrial cancers and deals with bladder and other cancer cases on a daily basis. In particular she likes to get to grips with “messy” and “novel” claims, whatever the subject matter. Denise is one of the heads of our in-house local authority team and is also a member of Buller Jeffries strategic & sensitive litigation unit. career history/ route to Buller Jeffries
Denise started work at Buller Jeffries in the early 1980’s, qualifying as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1995. She successfully embarked upon a Post Graduate Diploma in Law during 2003, completed the LPC, was admitted as a solicitor in 2005 and became a partner in April 2007.

Denise is a keen walker, likes “Zumba” and is a member of Colmore Business District Choir - Colmore Chorus.
