Collette deals predominantly with personal injury and product liability litigation, as well as public liability, employer's liability for injury and disease, and road traffic accident matters. Collette is part of the team who acted for Zurich in the EL Policy Trigger Litigation.

career history/ route to Buller Jeffries
Collette was articled to a London firm before moving back to Birmingham in 1993. Her early experience was at a Claimant Trade Union based practice before moving to the Defendant side in 1993. She joined Buller Jeffries in 2002, having had 16 years previous experience in the field. She was made a partner in 2004.

most proud professional moment/ greatest achievement/ most exciting moment
Obtaining my highest award for damages for a Claimant with two children who lost her husband in a horrendous RTA, whilst working as a Defendant solicitor in a Defendant firm. Maybe it pays to know how your opposition will see the case!
