Andrew is well versed in fast and multi track employer's liability, local authority claims and has an interest in costs disputes particularly defective CFA's and the applicability of ATE insurance policies.

career history/ route to Buller Jeffries
Andrew read law at the University of Liverpool before moving across the Mersey to study for the LPC at the College of Law in Chester. He started his training contract in September 2005 having previously gained 6 months litigation experience at Thompsons, ironically one of Buller Jeffries' biggest adversaries!

most proud professional moment/ greatest achievement
Qualifying as a solicitor on the 1st June 2007.  Also conducting his own small claims trial less then six months into his training contract, when on cross examination, the Claimant was forced to admit it was she who was in the wrong lane.
