For Anne, the personal touch is very important. Each client is an individual and should be made to feel that the service is tailored to suit their particular transaction. She enjoys immensely the contact that she has with clients and other professionals. Communication and organisational skills are important to Anne, as is being part of a good team.

career history:
Anne started working in the legal world in a secretarial/administrative role, becoming a student ilex member upon joining Buller Jeffries in 2002. She takes her final ilex exams in 2006.

most embarrassing professional moment
Being presented with a pair of deceased rabbits as a thank you gift.  Needless to say she was not sure what to say (unusual for her!).

interests outside work
Golf (albeit a novice!), reading, fitness, driving, swimming, football fan (supports Bromsgrove Rovers and Hereford United).
