Paul is a solicitor working in Buller Jeffries’ litigation department, sharing his time between the Birmingham and Coventry offices. Paul’s caseload consists of employers' liability and public liability claims including for local authorities, such as highways claims and claims against social services and education professionals.  A significant part of Paul’s workload also involves assisting partners with substantial commercial and products claims.

Paul is a member of the team, led by Derek Adamson which represents Zurich in the EL Insurance Trigger Litigation, which is to be appealed to the UK Supreme Court.

Paul read law at Nottingham Trent University and completed his training contract with Buller Jeffries in January 2010.

interests and hobbies

Paul enjoys many forms of sport including football, skiing and snowboarding.
